These Terms govern use of monicaandrew.com. Monica Andrew is a project of A&E Creations, operated by Omer Bar Lev Shiloach, an Israeli VAT-registered sole proprietor based in Hod Hasharon, Israel.

Nothing is sold on this website. It presents Monica Andrew's music, visual work and collaboration opportunities. Digital guides published by A&E Creations are sold on a separate website under its own terms.

1. About Monica Andrew

Monica Andrew is a virtual artist and digital performer, created and directed by A&E Creations using AI-assisted production tools. The songs, direction and creative decisions are made by people. Her published music, audience and released work are real.

2. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including recordings, compositions, images, video, text, design, the name "Monica Andrew" and her visual identity and likeness — belongs to A&E Creations or its respective rights holders.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, or make publicly available any content from this site, or use it to train an AI model, without prior written permission.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use this website unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, attempt to interfere with site security or access controls, or present Monica Andrew's identity, likeness or work as your own or as endorsing anything without permission.

4. Collaboration enquiries

Contact details on this site are provided so you can propose a collaboration. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not oblige us to accept, respond to or proceed with any proposal. Any collaboration is subject to a separate written agreement.
